HYROX Tampa, FL

The 2026 edition (October 22–October 25, 2026) is no longer on the upcoming calendar. The next Tampa, FL date will appear here as soon as HYROX confirms it.

The course is the same everywhere

Wherever you race, HYROX is 8 × (1 km run → station): SkiErg · Sled Push · Sled Pull · Burpee Broad Jumps · Row · Farmers Carry · Sandbag Lunges · Wall Balls. What changes by venue is the roxzone layout, lap shape, and floor surface — course intel lands on the season page as it’s confirmed.
